Dörthe Eickelberg

Dörthe is unstoppable, constantly working on new projects, surfing or practicing yoga. She is a writer, TV-host and filmmaker living in Berlin. Since 2009 she has been moderating the daily science magazine „XENIUS“ on Arte. During her free time, she also teaches improv theatre and tours with her docu series „Chicks on Boards“. It´s a documentary about women surfers who claim freedom against all odds. „Because surfing is more than a sport, it´s a movement“.
